A: Yes, we are the manufacturer of glass bongs and related accessories. We have our own factory and design team. Customized service is available.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Customized products start from 200 pieces. Sample order is supported for in-stock products with a MOQ of 1 piece; MOQ for related bong accessories is 5 pieces.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: In-stock products are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Customized products are subject to the production schedule, the delivery time is 7-30 working days.
Q: What is the shipping method?
A: According to the number of goods ordered to determine the logistics mode, support express, air, sea.
Q: How to make payment?
A: We support online payment and offline payment. Payment methods paypal, credit card, bank transfer, T/T, etc. We support both online payment and offline payment.
Q: How about product packaging?
A: Each of our products is carefully wrapped in a customized airbag before shipping. Please be careful when you open the package because the BOWL/STEM is wrapped with the pipe and it might fall out if you don't open the package carefully.
Q: What to do if the goods are damaged?
A: If an item is damaged it needs to be reported within 24 hours and please provide the following:
1. Pictures of the Box
2. Pictures of the Damaged Item.
