A: Please contact us immediately and keep the original package and send us a photo of the package so we can determine if we forgot to send the item or it is hidden somewhere.

Q: What if the item is the wrong size?

A: Please note that since all of our glass items are handmade, there may be a 5% to 10% error in the height and weight of the pipe, which is acceptable and cannot be considered "wrong size".

The following cases can be considered as "wrong size".

a. Different joint sizes (e.g. you ordered an 18mm male water pipe but received a 14mm male water pipe)

b. The joint types are different (e.g., you ordered an 18 mm male bowl but received an 18 mm female bowl).

c. Different lengths (e.g., you ordered a 4-inch downstem and received a 5-inch downstem).

d. Different angles. (For example, you ordered a 45° angle ash catcher, but received a 90° angle.)

Q: How often should I empty the water in my smoke water pipe?

A: Ideally, the water should be changed after every smoke, or at least daily if used frequently. Accumulated dirty bong water allows bacteria to multiply quickly, exacerbating unpleasant odors. Regular water changes will prevent bacteria from growing and keep your bong smelling fresh.
